Accelerating Team Productivity

Teams can get bogged down for many reasons. Unclear direction, ineffective leadership, poor meeting management, a lack of decision-making skills, internal conflict, and poor time management are common and can happen to any kind of team.  This workshop gets the team “unstuck.”  Through diagnosis, discussion, and new skill building, teams learn new ways to plan and conduct their activities and reduce the friction that slows down progress.

Potential audience 

An existing team and their leader who want to become much more effective as a team.  Good candidates are: product development teams, marketing teams, design teams, manufacturing teams, lab teams, patient care teams, learning cohorts, start-up firms, development (fund raising) teams, and many others.
