Women in Leadership

Women leaders continue to have unique challenges in the workplace. We explore a model called “All Women Lead”, believing that each of us has skills and strengths regardless of our role. We apply this model as a backdrop for high impact discussions relating leadership challenges.

Our model expresses leadership as a hierarchy of important building blocks. We explore elements of leadership and build a holistic picture so each woman can: * Create a definition of leadership that lets her strengths emerge * Understand and develop her power as a leader * Learn tools and methods of effective leadership in today’s environment * Demonstrate a strong leadership persona in her field of practice
