Sara Zeff Geber is a leadership and organizational development consultant, author, and speaker with experience as an external and internal consultant. She specializes in performance management, leadership development, employee retention and talent management. Much of her work focuses on helping leaders effectively communicate their organization’s mission and goals, and engage employees to perform at their highest level.

A recognized expert in leadership effectiveness and organizational behavior, Dr. Geber focuses on providing her clients with the tools they need to acquire and keep the talent necessary for success in the 21st century. Sara brings 18 years of leadership and organizational development experience to her consulting, primarily in the technology and bio-tech industries. She is a master facilitator and has proven her ability to work with even the toughest teams to analyze systems and work processes, structure changes, and follow-up on actions to make those changes happen.
