Professional Background
Michele Caplette is an experienced executive coach and consultant with a proven record in the design and implementation of management and leadership development programs and change management initiatives. She is both strategic and hands-on in driving results for the leaders she works with. Michele has more than 20 years experience designing and facilitating leadership and change management programs and of coaching executives and managers.
Michele has worked with a wide range of companies, including Intel, Cortina Systems, Synopsis, Nvidia, Kaiser Permanente, National Semiconductor, Lockheed-Martin, San Jose Medical Group, and Dominican Hospital. In addition to her consulting work, Michele was the executive leader of the Executive and Leadership Development at Applied Materials. At Applied, Michele designed and facilitated innovative development programs for Applied leaders, including a worldwide leadership initiative that aligned leadership with business objectives and results.
