Professional Background
Gustavo’s practice area focus is on individual and team leadership development, with an emphasis on coaching executives for effective execution of strategic change initiatives. His work has focused also on identifying and developing organizations' talent pool, culture transformation and renewing employee engagement. He is deeply committed to the improvement of the effectiveness and execution capability of teams and organizations. Dr. Rabin is a licensed psychologist with over 20 years of experience in partnering with clients to improve leadership, teams, and organizational performance. He actively trains and supervises consultants active in the field of executive development and leadership. Gustavo teaches - or has taught - at the University of Buenos Aires, at Antioch University, and at Stanford University and leads personal and professional development workshops at Esalen Institute.
His clients include major corporations in a range of industries: high-tech, bio-tech, professional services, financial and educational institutions.
